Dana Levadnuk has extensive experience in human resources, spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of HR Operations at Brightspeed, where they focus on building a smart, fiber optics-based network and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Prior to that, Dana was the Vice President of Human Resources at Public Storage.
Before their current roles, Dana held various positions at Bank of America Merchant Services, including Senior Vice President of HR Shared Services and Vice President of HR Operations. In these roles, Dana led HR functions such as HR operations, HRIS, HR analytics, and HR program management. They were responsible for developing organization-wide processes and programs, ensuring efficient operations, customer satisfaction, compliance, and data integrity.
Dana also had significant experience at Family Dollar, where they served as a Divisional Vice President of HR Projects & Systems. They led HR's infrastructure functions, overseeing project management, analytics, HR systems, and data management teams. They collaborated with HR leadership and COEs to plan and deliver HR-related projects and improve business processes. Previously, they held the positions of Director of the HR Program Management Office, Director of Store Operations HR, HR Project Manager, Corporate HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Organizational Development Specialist, and Corporate Recruiter at Family Dollar.
Earlier in their career, Dana worked at Muzak, where they gained experience in human resources.

Dana Levadnuk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Montreat College. They also have a background in Business Administration from Lehigh University. Additionally, Dana obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2006.
