Megan McGraw

Megan McGraw is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Change Manager at Brightspeed since August 2022, where Megan developed and implemented the Change Management process and led the establishment of the Change Advisory Board. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Vanguard for 16 years in various positions, including Information Technology Service Management Manager, where governance practices for ITSM processes were established, and Global Technology Operations Risk Advisor, focusing on control health checks and audit preparations.
