James George has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. James has worked as a Regional Director of Operations and an Operations Director at BrightView, where they oversaw total operations and patient care, supervised medical, clinical, and administrative team members, and ensured the best help and care for patients. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Manager at Boston Market, where they created a positive team environment, reinforced company policies and procedures, and delivered profitable P&L's for assigned restaurants. James also has experience as a Regional Manager and Field Director at The HoneyBaked Ham Company, where they oversaw multiple store units, led a regional team to achieve sales and profit goals, and identified growth opportunities. Overall, James has a strong background in operations management and leadership.
