Rick Lauer

Rick Lauer is currently serving as the Senior Regulatory Counsel at BrightView and as the Founding Member of LauerLaw, LLC. With almost 25 years of experience, Rick has represented various clients in the healthcare industry. Prior to their current roles, Rick held the position of General Counsel and VP of Strategic Acquisitions at MHC Medical Products and Masters Pharmaceutical Inc. Rick also served as a Partner/Owner at Robbins Kelly Patterson & Tucker LPA and Partner at Rendigs Fry Kiely & Dennis. Rick holds a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
