Dave Dalpe

Dave Dalpe currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Brightview Senior Living, a position held since April 2018, following roles as Vice President and Regional Vice President. Prior to Brightview, Dalpe worked at DaVita Kidney Care as Regional Operations Director, managing P&L for multiple dialysis centers in central New Jersey. At MSCI Inc., Dalpe was Executive Director and Head of Sales Operations for the Americas, overseeing a global Sales Operations team and improving performance for three consecutive years. Experience also includes roles at Thomson Reuters as Product Strategist and Management Associate, as well as earlier positions at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, Thomson Financial, and CCBN. Dave Dalpe holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University and a BA in History from Cornell University.
