Isaiah Martinez

Isaiah Martinez is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at Colorado Insurance since August 2022, Isaiah oversees activities across 23 agency locations and supervises a team of over 110 members. Previous roles include Operations Supervisor at Marsh and Field Sales Manager at Allstate, where responsibilities involved team leadership and performance enhancement. Isaiah also held the position of Agency Owner at State Farm from November 2014 to December 2017, managing full P&L responsibilities and mentoring a team of five producers. Prior military service as a Weapons Technician in the United States Marine Corps provided valuable leadership experience.
