Mary Honegger MEd

Mary Honegger MEd has extensive work experience. Mary began their career in 2006 as a Music Teacher & Educational Technology Advocate at Antioch Community Consolidated School District 34, where they managed the instruction of approximately 25 learners per class, and 400 total during their tenure. Mary also strongly advocated the utilization of online resources to improve student engagement, and designed an online curriculum for COVID-19. In 2016, Mary began working for Avon Township (Political Party) as a Political Community Outreach Manager. In this role, they directed political volunteering duties for the political party within the county, including prestigious appointments within the organization, and the management of other volunteers and duties during election seasons. Mary was also elected as Precinct Committee Person, and served as Secretary, and the Village Board Trustee from 2020-Present. In 2022, Mary began working for brightwheel as a Sales Development Representative.

Mary Honegger MEd has an educational background in Elementary Education and Teaching, having obtained a BS Ed from Northern Illinois University. Mary then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music. In addition to their degrees, Mary has obtained several certifications, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in February 2022, Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in February 2022, Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design from LinkedIn in February 2022, Learning HubSpot CRM from LinkedIn in February 2022, Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in February 2022, Salesforce Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2022, and Apple Certified Teacher from Apple in September 2018.
