Willeta Alexander, M.A.Ed

Willeta Alexander, M.A.Ed, is currently working as an Onboarding Specialist at brightwheel. Willeta'sresponsibilities include ensuring customers receive exceptional value from brightwheel and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Willeta communicates with customers through calls, emails, and texts to assess their engagement with the platform and provides trainings to deepen their engagement.

From 2019 to 2021, Willeta served as a Center Director at Building Kidz School.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they held the position of Center Director at KinderCare Education.

Willeta's work experience also includes being a Program Specialist at CCLC from 2011 to 2016.

Willeta Alexander, M.A.Ed, has an extensive education history. Willeta completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University-Sacramento from 2001 to 2007. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Ashford University, which they achieved between 2013 and 2015. Recently, from 2017 to 2026, Willeta pursued a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Walden University.
