Daniela Serna

Daniela Serna is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Brightwood Capital since September 2022. Previously, Daniela worked as an Associate in the Finance and Projects Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP from February 2021 to August 2022, having started with the firm as a Summer Associate in 2018 and again in 2019. Prior to this, Daniela gained valuable experience as a Litigation Paralegal at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from June 2015 to July 2017. Daniela's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Visual Arts from Brown University (2011-2015), along with studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université Paris 8 during the 2013-2014 academic year.
