Kunal Shah

Kunal Shah has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Kunal started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Following that, they joined Solar Capital Ltd as an Investment Professional, where they provided financing solutions for middle-market companies and financial sponsors. In 2014, Kunal joined Brightwood Capital as a Vice President and later became a Director. Currently, they hold the role of Managing Director at Brightwood Capital Advisors, where they provide debt and equity capital solutions to US-based companies. Throughout their career, Kunal has managed large investment funds and has been responsible for managing billions of dollars in assets.

From 2002 to 2006, Kunal Shah attended the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business.
