Hardeep Gambhir

Hardeep Gambhir has a diverse work experience. They started their professional journey as a Project Team Lead at Stay Woke Organization in 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Youth Worker at Achēv, where they planned an education fair event and taught new immigrant youth event planning skills. They also served as a Tours Guide at Quest Language Studies, providing Brazilian exchange students with tours of Ontario. Additionally, Hardeep worked as the Director of Education/Writer at Western AI and as a Content Creator/Ambassador for the Canadian Gap Year Association, where they created educational content and spoke at webinars. In 2023, they founded the Emerging Innovators Podcast and served as the Founder and Podcast Host. They also joined the Western University, working as a Full-Stack Developer at the Brain and Mind Institute, and as a Founding Team Member at The Residency, where they raised VC Capital and are transitioning into community management. Furthermore, Hardeep co-founded the Western Effective Altruism club, initiating the EA Fellowship Program and organizing a talk on AI Safety. Overall, their work experience showcases a range of skills, including leadership, event planning, content creation, and community building.

Hardeep Gambhir completed their education at Western University from 2022 to 2026, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Psychology, and Honours of Business Administration. Prior to attending Western University, Hardeep obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) from Harold M. Brathwaite Secondary School between 2017 and 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Hardeep Gambhir obtained various certifications. They completed a Google Agile Methodology course through Coursera in February 2023. They also participated in a virtual internship on Technology Consulting at Deloitte in October 2022. Hardeep completed a course on "Learning How To Learn" by Barbara Oakley through Coursera in August 2022. They received recognition as a Student of Leadership and Humanity from the Canadian Gap Year Association in June 2022. In the field of video production, Hardeep earned certifications in DaVinci Resolve 16: Color Correction and Premiere Pro CC for Beginners through Blackmagic Design and Udemy, respectively, in November and October 2020. They also completed The Complete Video Production Bootcamp through Udemy in September 2020.

Additionally, Hardeep Gambhir received training on Cultural Sensitivity and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from The Regional Diversity Roundtable in October 2018.
