Manish Kumar Bishnoi

Manish Kumar Bishnoi, MDes has extensive work experience in the field of UX design. Manish Kumar is currently working as the Global Lead- UX Practice (Senior Principal Designer) at Brillio since November 2023. Prior to this, Manish served as the Product Design Practice Lead (Principal UX) at HCLSoftware from September 2022 to November 2023. Manish Kumar also held the role of Senior Designer lll (UX Lead) at HCL Software from April 2020 to August 2022.

Manish's previous work experience includes roles such as Apprenticeship (Principal UX designer) and Design Internship at the National Institute of Design from September 2018 to March 2020 and from February 2017 to September 2018, respectively. Manish Kumar also served as the Principal UX Designer (UX Head) at AugRay for a brief period in October and November 2018.

Prior to these roles, Manish worked as a Senior UX Executive (UX Lead) at CitiusTech Inc. from February 2016 to January 2017. Manish Kumar also served as the Design Manager (UX) at Ace Turtle Services Ltd from August 2015 to January 2016.

Before entering the corporate world, Manish gained experience as a Lead User Experience Designer at Moontara Technovations Pvt Ltd from November 2010 to May 2012. Manish Kumar also worked as a Product Designer (UX & UI) as a Design Consultant from June 2007 to October 2010, where they handled various aspects of UX/UI design, logo design, 3D concept models, animations, user interface design, brand strategy creation, and product packaging graphics placement, among others.

Manish Kumar Bishnoi, MDes, completed their Masters Degree in Design (MDes) with a specialization in Retail Experience Design - Interdisciplinary Design from the National Institute of Design between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in English Language and Literature from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Bishnoi has also pursued further certifications in various fields such as Global Business Skills, User Experience Design, Accessibility for Web Design, Design Thinking, UX Design for Accessibility and WCAG 2.0, Service Design, Design Principles for Effective Dashboards Design, and Figma essentials training. Manish Kumar also holds a Diploma in 3D Animation and Multimedia from the Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC).
