Susanne Holse

Throughout her career, Susanne has had management responsibilities as CEO, as well as responsibility for sales, marketing and delivery to very large organizations. Susanne has primarily worked in global companies with responsibility for engagement with very large customers, but has also been a leader in Danish companies, including a period as CEO.

Susanne has worked in sales as everything from account manager to sales director with responsibility for a billion turnover. For a number of years, Susanne has also been responsible for some of the country's largest private education providers in the IT industry.

Throughout her career, Susanne has proven that she can recruit high performing teams and team members. Susanne has an eye for finding exactly the employees who can perform in the given environment and teams that they must be part of. As a certified coach and personal trainer, Susanne also has extensive experience in understanding what motivates the individual, as well as assessing , whether they will be able to lift the given task.

Through her work in large international companies with structured sales and HR processes, Susanne has also gained good insight into the necessary processes to manage both competence development and remuneration models.
