Guillermo Peschard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives and transformations across multiple industries, particularly in Latin America. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and President for Latin America at Brink’s Inc, Guillermo previously held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included overseeing holistic cost transformation and driving digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience at Walmart included senior vice president roles in financial services and real estate development, alongside significant contributions in strategic planning and M&A efforts. Guillermo's career began at The Boston Consulting Group, where a 13-year tenure culminated as Partner and Managing Director with a focus on strategy and growth. Guillermo holds multiple degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including master's degrees in Technology and Policy and Mechanical Engineering, as well as bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mechanical Engineering.
