Hal also worked as a Legal & Cybersecurity Consultant at Zeichner Risk Analytics LLC and as an eDiscovery Attorney at PartnerJD, A TrustPoint International Company.
In addition, Hal has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Richmond and has worked as an Associate Attorney at Clement Wheatley. Throughout their career, Hal has demonstrated expertise in privacy and cybersecurity law, compliance, risk management, and policy analysis.
Hal S. has a Doctor of Law (JD) with Honors from the University of Richmond School of Law. Hal also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Virginia. Additionally, they have various certifications, including being a Certified Insider Threat Program Manager from SEI and a Virginia Licensed Attorney from the Virginia State Bar. Hal has also obtained certifications from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals and the SANS Institute, although the specific years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
