Chris Miller

Chris Miller has over 20 years of work experience in the technology field. Chris began their career in 1996 as a Software Developer at The Farm Journal. In 2000, they worked as a Technical Lead for IQ Group and as a Consultant for Self Employed. In 2004, they moved to Cadient Group as a Technical Lead and in 2008 they were promoted to Executive Director of Custom Solutions. In 2007, they were a Software Architect for GEL Interactive Technologies. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Consultant for Self Employed. In 2017, they were Director of Engineering at Pollen (Techstars '16). In 2018, they were CTO at Pollen*. Finally, they are currently the Head of Data Science at Brio since 2019.

Chris Miller attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a BA in Archaeology. Chris also attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Music and Anthropology. In addition, they obtained three certifications from Coursera in 2017: Stanford Machine Learning, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
