Melissa Rothbaum

Melissa Rothbaum has a wealth of experience in product development and regulatory affairs. Melissa began their career in 2013 as a Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist at Bare Escentuals. Melissa then moved to H2O+ Beauty in 2015, working as Regulatory Manager. In 2017, Melissa joined Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care as Product Development & Innovation Manager. In 2018, they assumed the role of Director of Product Innovation and Product Development Manager at Commodity. Most recently, Melissa has been the Director of Product Development at Briogeo Hair Care since 2019.

Melissa Rothbaum attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing.
