Claire Martin

Claire Martin has a strong background in sales and business development. Claire is currently working at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre as the Associate Director of Sales - International Conventions. Claire has been in this role since December 2022. Prior to this, Claire worked at the Positively Wellington Tourism as the Business Events Wellington Business Development Manager. Claire joined this company in June 2015. Before that, they were the International Association Sales Manager at the Scottish Exhibition + Conference Centre from April 2013 to May 2015. Claire also has experience as a Senior Sales Manager at Murrayfield Experience from July 2012 to April 2013, and as a Sales & Business Development professional at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre from August 2008 to August 2012. Their earliest work experience was at Glaxo Smith Kline, where they worked in sales from 2006 to 2008.

Claire Martin pursued their education from 1998 to 2002 at the University of Aberdeen. During this time, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Politics and International Relations.
