Matthew Erskine

Matthew Erskine is an experienced sound engineer and designer with a diverse background in audio management for various performance settings. Since January 2006, Matthew has been working as a freelance sound engineer and designer while also serving as an audio operator at Brisbane Powerhouse since September 2005, where responsibilities include mixing for local and international bands as well as designing systems for theater, dance, and music productions. Notable roles include head of audio for the Queensland Theatre Company's production of "Black Diggers," and live sound engineer for "Country Song," where Matthew focused on creating immersive audio experiences for performances. Additional experience includes technical roles at multiple venues such as Logan Entertainment Center and QUT Gardens Theatre. Matthew holds a secondary education from Redlands College, completed between 1998 and 2002.
