Penny Shield has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Penny started their career at PwC in 1999 as a Senior Accountant and worked there until 2002. In 2003, they joined Ernst & Young as a Partner, where they have remained until the present. Throughout their career, Penny has also held positions at organizations such as AusCycling, Cancer Council Queensland, and Brisbane Writers Festival.
