Rafael Pratt

Rafael Pratt is an experienced associate producer and festival coordinator currently working at Brisbane Powerhouse, responsible for managing administrative aspects for up to 15 shows and coordinating 23 premier restaurants for Night Feast 2023. As co-founder and creative producer of Emergence Collective, Rafael oversees brand development, marketing, and audience engagement for this innovative arts enterprise. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Manager for the Heart of Gold International Short Film Festival, where Rafael managed festival operations and implemented risk-management plans, and as a volunteer supervisor at the Museum of Brisbane, overseeing 55 volunteers. Additional roles include medical administrator at Our Family Health Center and marketing manager during a business tour in India. Rafael holds multiple degrees in Fine Arts and Business from QUT and Swinburne University of Technology.
