Dominic Thomas

Dominic Thomas is an experienced Motor Transport Engineer at Bristol Airport since June 2022, responsible for the maintenance of a variety of equipment and vehicles, including buses and ground service equipment. Prior to this role, Dominic served in the British Army from January 2016 to June 2022 as a Lance Corporal, supervising and mentoring tradesmen while leading teams in planned preventive maintenance. Earlier in this tenure, Dominic was a Vehicle Mechanic, specializing in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of armored fighting vehicles and various heavy vehicles. Dominic holds advanced qualifications in light vehicle maintenance from the Defence School of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and City of Bristol College, as well as GCSEs from Bedminster Down School.
