Alan Korman

Alan Korman is an accomplished professional in the field of immunology, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Immunology at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. since April 2019. Previously, Alan held the position of Vice President of Immuno-Oncology at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Alan's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Cellular and Developmental Biology from Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, completed between 1977 and 1984, and an A.B. from Brandeis University, which began in 1975. Additionally, Alan was a Whitehead Fellow at the Whitehead Institute from 1984 to 1989.
