Graham Beck

Graham Beck, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and operational roles, currently serving as the Associate Director of R&D Learning Experience & Delivery Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb since January 2015. Previously, Graham held various positions within the company, including HR Project Portfolio Capabilities Manager and HR Project Manager for Global Diversity & Inclusion. Graham's responsibilities also included serving as the data capability manager for the global manufacturing PMO, focusing on tracking global projects within Global Manufacturing & Supply. Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Graham spent a decade at Marriott International in operations. Graham holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School and a bachelor's degree in economic geography from Rutgers University.
