Laura Valentine

Laura Valentine has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. Laura began their career in 1990 as an Associate Healthcare Plans Administrator at Charles Schwab. In 1995, they moved to Washington Hospital Healthcare System as a Program Coordinator for their Health Insurance Information Service. In 1998, they joined CareCounsel LLC as the Director of Client Services and a year later was promoted to Director of Operations. In 2015, they joined Genentech as Supervisor of Access Solutions and remained there until 2019. In 2021, they began working at Tilda Research as a Patient Advocate Manager and also joined the Public Health Institute as a Community Care Specialist.

Laura Valentine obtained their Masters of Science in Counseling/Organizational Behavior & Development from California State University - East Bay in 1996. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
