Pawan Agrawal

Pawan Agrawal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud transformations across various domains. Currently serving as the Global Head of Data & Analytics at Bristol Myers Squibb since December 2019, Pawan is responsible for driving the organization’s digital and data strategy, championing innovations in generative AI, and fostering a culture of data literacy. Prior to this role, Pawan held significant positions including Advisor at Lakshya, Practice Leader at Deloitte, COO & Co-Founder of Revio Energy, and Lead of R&D Analytics at Daiichi Sankyo, demonstrating a strong track record in building data-driven solutions for industries such as life sciences, healthcare, and clean energy. Pawan's education includes an Executive Leadership degree from Cornell, an MBA in Finance and Economics from Rutgers, and a B.E. in Computer Science, among other qualifications.
