Angela Fouracre

Angela is a Partner in the firm’s commercial and technology disputes team. She is a dispute resolution specialist with particular expertise in advising on complex disputes arising out of IT, outsourcing and IP contracts. Angela is also experienced in handling disputes arising from data leaks and the misuse of confidential information.

Angela acts for national and international clients in a range of sectors including technology, life sciences and industrial markets.

With over 14 years of experience, Angela is well regarded for her clear and pragmatic strategic advice when disputes first arise. She also advises across the full range of court proceedings, arbitrations, expert determinations, mediations and contract management/escalation procedures.

Angela is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and ITechLaw. She joined Bristows LLP in 2006.
