Kent Smith

Kent Smith is an experienced professional in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as the Underwriting Operations Manager at Brit Insurance, where responsibilities include overseeing the operational performance of Brit Re and the ILS vehicle, Sussex. Prior to this role, Kent held significant positions at AXIS Capital as the Head of Operations & Governance for Reinsurance, managing diverse global teams to support underwriting and operational governance. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Insurance Operations at Allied World, where Kent provided technical support to underwriters and led initiatives focused on efficiency and data integrity.
