Sylvia Carvalho

Sylvia Carvalho is currently the Marketing Manager at Britannia P&I Club, where Sylvia has been since July 2014. Prior to that, Sylvia worked at National Australia Bank from November 2005 to April 2014, holding various positions including Team Manager. Sylvia has a background in providing solutions to clients to help them grow their business, as well as in developing and implementing streamlined processes to improve efficiency. Sylvia also has experience in organizing office events and managing work flow to ensure customer needs are exceeded. Sylvia recently completed a course at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in early 2021.
