Rhys Jones

Rhys Jones is an experienced professional with a solid background in service delivery and account management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Britannic since April 2019, Rhys has previously held various roles within the company, including Network Operations Technician and Senior Account Manager. Prior to Britannic, Rhys worked at Onecom from September 2014 to April 2019 as a Senior Account Development Manager, focusing on modernizing customer communication in the context of digital transformation. Rhys’ career also includes positions as Account Development Manager at evolve telecom, Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Team Leader at Spirit Pub Company, and League Co-ordinator at Playfootball.net. Rhys holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Swansea University, completed in 2011.
