Emma Stout

Emma Stout has extensive experience in education and customer success, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Leader and Curriculum Specialist at Britannica Education since May 2019. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Property Negotiator at Foxtons from July 2018 to June 2019 and has a background in teaching English at Cefn Hengoed Community School and Eastern High School between 2016 and 2018. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Communication from Cardiff University and a Secondary PGCE from Cardiff Metropolitan University, obtained in 2016.
