Mike Flaherty

Mike Flaherty has a diverse work experience in business development, partnerships, and consulting roles in the employee benefits and insurance industry. Their most recent position was as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Brite, where they focused on driving growth and education across various partnership verticals. Prior to that, they founded Connemara Consulting Solutions, where they provided guidance to enterprise employee group insurance carriers and SaaS insurtech start-ups. Mike has also held roles at Level, Ease, Ethos Life, Noyo, Zenefits, Arizona Benefit Plans Inc., Mutual of Omaha, and Lincoln Financial Group, where they developed strategic partnerships, managed accounts, and sold insurance products. Mike has a strong background in building partnerships, driving growth, and providing guidance in the employee benefits industry.

Mike Flaherty attended La Costa Canyon High School from 1998 to 1999. Following that, they studied Business Marketing/Economics at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1999 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
