Jo Fisher

Jo Fisher is currently serving as a Talent Manager at British Airways Holidays since May 2024. Previously, Jo held the position of Product Owner for Recruitment Systems at British Airways from June 2021 to May 2024, and before that, managed Talent Acquisition and Planning for BA Engineering between 2017 and 2021, supporting a workforce of 4000 by defining recruitment strategies and future talent needs. Jo also worked as a Talent Acquisition and Planning Manager for British Airways' Corporate sector from 2011 to 2016, leading targeted recruitment campaigns in competitive markets. Earlier experience includes serving as a Resourcing Advisor at Eurostar from 2007 to 2011, managing the full recruitment cycle across various business areas, and as an HR and Resourcing Advisor at Surrey County Council from 2006 to 2007. Jo holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Exeter and a CIPD in Human Resources from Kingston Business School.
