Head Of Inflight Customer Experience at British Airways

Amy James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inflight customer experience and cabin crew management within the airline industry. Currently serving as the Head of Inflight Customer Experience and previously as the Head of Eurofleet and Worldwide Cabin Crew at British Airways since August 2012, Amy leads shorthaul and longhaul cabin crew divisions, overseeing a significant international team. Prior to this role, Amy was the General Manager of Inflight Service at British Midland International and held various positions at bmi, including Head of Service Design. Amy's career at British Airways began in 1999, where numerous leadership positions were held in inflight service and media development. Amy earned a BA Hons in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1982 to 1986.
