Dirk John

Dirk John has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the aviation, consulting, and technology industries.

Dirk is currently serving as the Chief Digital and Transformation Officer at British Airways since July 2022.

Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company from July 2021 to June 2022.

Between 2017 and 2020, Dirk held multiple positions at LATAM Airlines, including Advisor and Chief Information and Digital Officer.

Dirk was also a Board Member at SITA from 2018 to 2021.

Before that, Dirk worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2018.

Dirk served as the CEO of Road & City Mobility at Siemens AG from 2012 to 2015.

Dirk had an extensive tenure at McKinsey & Company as a Partner from 2005 to 2012.

Dirk'scareer began at Lufthansa Systems, where they served as the Managing Director of Airline Solutions from 1995 to 2005.

Dirk John completed their education with a Diploma in Mathematics and Economy from Bielefeld University from 1989 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Management from McGill University, which they successfully completed from 2003 to 2005.
