Oliver Sleath

Oliver Sleath is a seasoned strategic professional with extensive experience in the aviation sector. Currently serving as Director of Strategy at British Airways since May 2021, Oliver previously held the position of Director of Strategy at Aer Lingus from September 2017 to April 2021. Prior to these roles, Oliver worked as a European Airlines analyst at Barclays Investment Bank and as a European Aerospace & Defence analyst at Credit Suisse. Oliver holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2010.
