Vanessa Oliver-Forbes

Vanessa Oliver-Forbes is an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history in recruitment and compliance roles, currently serving as HR Operations Team Manager and previously as Talent Acquisition and Planning Manager at British Airways since July 2012. In these positions, Vanessa is responsible for volume hires and provides comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process. Prior to this, Vanessa worked as a Compliance Team Coordinator and Compliance Executive contractor at Amazon UK, as well as held multiple recruitment roles at British Airways and Manpower UK. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with Forensic Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
