Viktoria Williams has extensive experience in marketing and global strategy, holding various leadership roles at British Airways since August 2012, including Head of Global Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Capability. Prior to this, Viktoria served in several marketing positions at bmi and began a career in sales and marketing at Standard Brands and Raisio. Viktoria's educational background includes a Master's degree in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from the Russian University of Humanities and multiple marketing qualifications from CIM, alongside a recent pursuit of Business and Personal Coaching at Barefoot Coaching Ltd.
