Yoann Torres

Yoann Torres is a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager currently overseeing delivery and technology across more than 20 teams within British Airways’ digital estate since April 2023. With a solid background in various roles at AND Digital since August 2019, including Senior Delivery Lead, Yoann has led numerous projects involving mobile app development, process improvement, and automation across different sectors, including telecommunications and e-commerce. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Product Owner at Primark, where Yoann facilitated the rollout of a new website across multiple international markets, and a comprehensive career at Amadeus in software engineering and business analysis. Yoann holds dual Master's degrees in Computer Science and Information Technology.
