Rafsan Jani

Rafsan Jani is a maintenance lead at BAT since February 2021, focusing on ensuring safety protocols and leading preventive maintenance for improved equipment efficiency. Rafsan also serves as the Operations Team Lead in the Secondary Manufacturing Department, where leadership is provided to enhance team performance and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders. Previously, Rafsan worked at Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited from July 2018 to February 2021 in various capacities, including Executive in Packaging Operations and Graduate Engineer Trainee. In these roles, a commitment to workplace safety was exhibited, alongside efforts to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulations. Rafsan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BRAC University.
