Beau-Jensen McCubbin

Beau-Jensen McCubbin is an experienced professional in conservation education and volunteer management, currently serving as the Volunteer and Participation Manager at the Natural History Museum since August 2022. McCubbin is also a co-op committee member and Co-Vice Chair of Conservation Education at the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA), where leadership in diversity and inclusion is emphasized. As an Honorary Research Fellow at UCL, McCubbin collaborates on projects focused on youth equity in STEM education. Previous roles include presenting as a BAME expert voice for BBC programs and serving as Head of Birds and Conservation Education at Hanwell Zoo, overseeing a significant educational program.
