Don Watson is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a robust background in the educational and cultural sectors. At the British Council since October 2008, Don has held various leadership roles, including Lead Marketing Manager for Higher Education and Science, and Head of Content Production, overseeing content marketing strategies. Prior to these positions, Don served as Senior Communications Manager in China, managing marketing and PR efforts, and was instrumental in developing projects that enhance UK-China cultural ties. Earlier experience includes roles as an e-Community Manager in Africa and Literature Officer at Eastern Arts. Don's career began as a journalist and section editor at IPC Magazines. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
