Vivek Gupta

Vivek Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and service delivery across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at the British Council since November 2019, Vivek has previously held the roles of Head of Operations and Associate Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, Vivek was a Senior Manager of Operations at Sitel, where responsibilities included managing business operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Barclays and Dot-2-Dot Business Solutions, focusing on client interaction, process improvement, and team performance. Early career experience includes a position as a Process Associate/Quality Analyst at Wipro BPS. Vivek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
