Customer Engagement Manager at British Cycling

Sarah Lewis has a diverse career in customer engagement and digital marketing, currently serving as the Customer Engagement Manager at British Cycling since March 2015. In addition, Sarah holds a voluntary role as Social Media Manager for the British Women’s Team Cup since March 2023. As the owner and coach of OpOpOp! / Hello Velo! since October 2015, Sarah promotes cycling and fitness. Previous experience includes roles such as Digital Planner at Stein IAS and Account Executive at Fusion Media Services Ltd, where extensive content production was delivered for cycling and fitness clients. Sarah has also contributed as a Digital Marketing Executive at Diabetes UK and possesses a Geography BSc from the University of Birmingham.
