Barry Kinshuck

Barry Kinshuck is an accomplished dental professional with extensive experience and leadership roles in various organizations. Currently serving as an Expert Witness and Clinical Advisor at the General Dental Council since February 2021, Kinshuck also holds positions as Chairman of Wigan and Bolton LDC and the National Association of Dental Advisers, where the focus is on providing professional advice to health authorities and organizations. Additional roles include Specialist Adviser at the Care Quality Commission and Dental Adviser for NHS England (Greater Manchester) since 2013. A long-standing member of the British Dental Association, Kinshuck also operates Kinshuck Family Dentistry Limited since 1978. Kinshuck's educational background includes a Diploma in Dental Health Services Leadership and Management from the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners and a BDS in Dentistry from Liverpool University.
