Bill Hawthorne

Bill Hawthorne is an experienced Area Business Customer Delivery Manager at British Gas since February 2016, overseeing service partner and direct labour engineers for the service and repair division. Prior to this role, Bill served as a proprietor at BH Plumbing & Heating from January 2010 to January 2016, managing all aspects of the plumbing and heating industry independently. Additionally, Bill worked as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer at J Rafferty & Sons from July 2003 to January 2010, involved in a range of projects from new builds to large-scale renovations in Edinburgh. Bill has also pursued education at the Institute of Applied Technology since July 2004.
