Edyta Prajel

Edyta Prajel has over 13 years of experience in the energy and service sectors. Currently employed at British Gas since December 2010, Edyta has held roles including Planning Analyst and New Install and Warrants Planning Advisor, focusing on ensuring timely and effective planning of Energy Connections work to meet customer needs. Additionally, Edyta served as a Scheduling Advisor, managing high-pressure situations to maintain customer appointments. Prior to this, Edyta worked at Bertram Library Services from February 2006 to September 2010 as the Servicing Admin Team Leader, where responsibilities included leading a team of seven to achieve key performance indicators in the Servicing Admin department.
