Ian Barnett

Ian Barnett has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Process Modelling Analyst at British Gas since March 2021, Ian has also held positions as a Customer Resolution Agent and Customer Service Advisor within the same company. Previously, Ian was the Owner of Keystrokes UK Limited, specializing in IT consultancy for SMEs, particularly in Apple Macintosh support and FileMaker Pro database development. Ian's prior roles include Business Development Executive at Electrolux, where brand recognition was developed in John Lewis, and Systems Manager positions at Design Bridge and Credit Agricole. Ian began a career in IT as a Computer Operator at Dowty Defence and Air Systems. Ian holds an HND in Computer Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
