Leighton Jenkins has extensive experience in the technical support and engineering sectors, having worked at British Gas since December 2006 in various roles, including Electric Vehicle Charging Engineer and National Technical Support Engineer. Jenkins was instrumental in establishing a National Technical Help Desk, providing live technical support and ensuring continuous updates for service excellence. Previous positions include Pre Diagnostics White Goods Engineer, where fault diagnosis was conducted prior to customer visits, and White Goods Engineer, where consistent performance metrics demonstrated high achievement.
