Paula May

Paula May is an experienced professional in resource planning and analysis, currently serving as a Short Term Planning Analyst at British Gas since June 2017. In this role, Paula is responsible for developing weekly short-term plans for the Customer Services function, encompassing a variety of call types across multiple sites, while also forecasting weekly KPIs and monitoring daily performance.
